A schedule of Bethesda’s debut E3 presentation hints at an upcoming RPG – but is it ‘Fallout 4’?
According to official the official E3 schedule builder, Bethesda has quite a presentation lined up for their E3 debut. While it was only revealed a few weeks ago that they’d be having their own presentation, what exactly would make an appearance was still up in the air.
And while the latest presentation plan doesn’t have game specifics, it instead organized by game genre. This may not mean much to some people, but at the bottom of the list in says an RPG game will be revealed that will be coming to PC, next-gen and last-gen consoles (WiiU excluded, as expected). Could this be the Fallout 4 announcement fans have been clamoring over for years, or will it be the long rumored Dishonored 2?
I must add that I am slightly disappointed that the RPG title has a last-gen port at all. Regardless of if it ends up being Fallout 4, last-gen consoles can really bog down game making decisions. Every choice from a developer could lead to a “but can the 360 handle that?” debate. This might not be an issue at all, but just a minor concern I am entertaining. For all we know, the last-gen port could be handled by a different developer (a common practice recently).
We still have a little over a month until E3, but one can’t help but get excited at the prospect of what’s to come! If you’re interested in watching the presentation, Bethesda will be hosting their very own show on Sunday, June 14th at 6:30PM.Follow @bearclawgaming
