Burnout Paradise Coming To Xbox One Back Compat Soon

Burnout developer Criterion Games has confirmed that one of there most popular games of all time will be coming to Xbox One soon.

Criterion took to Twitter this morning to confirm that the team has been working with Microsoft to bring Burnout Paradise to Xbox One’s backwards compatibility program.

Announced back in June, backwards compatibility is set to go public in November. Currently, Xbox One preview program members can test a handful of backwards compatibility titles, but it was noted than roughly 100 games should be available when the program goes live to everyone next month.

Burnout Paradise has roughly 12,000 votes to be made backwards compatible on the Xbox feedback site. When the game launched in 2008, it was well-received by critics and fans alike.

Although Criterion Games hasn’t given a firm release date for Paradise on Xbox One, their announcement seems to suggest that it will be with the initial batch when it goes live sometime in November.
