“Quantum Break” Gameplay At 2015 Game Awards

One of Microsoft’s biggest 2016 exclusives will debut new gameplay at the Game Awards later this week.

Xbox Head of Marketing Aaron Greenberg took to Twitter this morning to reveal that Remedy Games and Microsoft Studios will be showing off more Quantum Break at this Thursday’s 2015 Game Awards.

Note that Greenberg added “and more Xbox One games” at the end of his tweet. Is the marketing head simply referring to multiplatform games like The Division or Mirror’s Edge that are coming to the console, or are more Xbox One exclusives to be revealed during the ceremony? While 2016 is already looking packed on Xbox One with Quantum Break, Crackdown, Recore, Gears of War 4, Sea of Thieves and likely Forza Horizon 3, the show could be an interesting time to reveal what’s coming in 2017.

Late last week, Game Awards host Geoff Keighley revealed that Ubisoft’s Far Cry Primal would be making a debut at the event as well. With Quantum Break and Primal already revealed, that leaves eight more unknown titles that will premiere at the Game Awards.

What do you think of the games that are premiering at the 2015 Game Awards? Are you looking forward to learning more about games you already knew about, or were you hoping to see something unannounced? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below or on Twitter!

The 2015 Game Awards are next Thursday, Dec. 3, at 6p.m.PST/9p.m. EST.
