EA Access hosting free play days

EA Access subscribers on Xbox One will have five days to play more than a dozen EA games free of charge.

The popular Xbox One subscription service EA Access will open up the Vault to all Gold subscribers from January 19-24. The Vault offers complete access to 14 EA titles from the past few years. Titles include Dragon Age: Inquisition, Battlefield 4 & Hardline, Plants v. Zombies: Garden Warfare, Peggle 2 and a myriad of EA Sports games.

Although there’s a couple days until EA Access opens up its Vault, you might want to start planning now as many of the games require a 30+ GB download.

Xbox One owners who enjoy the free play days can subscribe to EA Access for $5 a month or $30 a year. In addition to complete Vault access, subscribers also get 10% off all EA purchases and 6-10 hour trials of EA games ahead of their public release.

Both Unravel and Plants v. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 will offer 6-10 free trials to Access subscribers in February

More good news for EA fans: Xbox One and PS4 owners can download and play the Plants v. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 open beta free of charge from January 14-18.
