Publisher 2K is kicking off the announcement with a shiny trailer for Bioshock The Collection.
At last, one of the top rated and most loved franchises of the last generation is getting a rerelease on Xbox One, PS4 and PC — and it looks to have a fresh coat of paint:
As noted in the trailer, The Collection will feature all three Bioshock games and all of their respective single-player DLC. Though it has yet to be mentioned by 2K, it’s highly unlikely that the less-than-stellar multiplayer portion of Bioshock 2 is part of the bundle.
In addition to the remastered campaigns, gamers will also be treated to director’s commentary from series creator Ken Levine and Shawn Robertson.
Despite only being acknowledged by 2K today, rumors of a Bioshock collection have swirled around the web since the fall of 2015. Multiple ratings boards listed the game, and just yesterday 2K accidentally left a Bioshock The Collection tab active on their site.
Bioshock The Collection launches in North America on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on September 13, 2016.

I can’t wait for this to come out. Been such a big fan of the series.
