After months of waiting, Rockstar’s beloved western will be playable on Xbox One.
Xbox Live’s Major Nelson took to Twitter this afternoon to reveal that Red Dead Redemption would be playable this Friday on Xbox One.

This is good news for many, as it is one of the most requested games for the backwards compatibility program.
For those who have yet to buy the game, it is currently on sale on the Xbox Marketplace for $10.49 or just $7.50 for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
