Perhaps one of the oddest remasters of this gen is coming to Microsoft platforms next year.
After thirteen years, Microsoft has revealed that Voodoo Vince is the latest classic game to get the remaster treatment.
While it was always amusing to hear Xbox boss Phil Spencer reflect on original Xbox games like Voodoo Vince, no one ever really thought the game would return especially after the company lost the trademark in early 2015.
For those not in the know, Voodoo Vince is probably one of the signature cult classics of the original Xbox with pretty poor sales performance and middling reviews. A second time around, though, Microsoft seems to think the game still has a chance at success.
While the price, release date and scale of remaster remain unknown, it’s likely we’ll hear more from the Microsoft team as 2017 creeps up.
Voodoo Vince is coming to Xbox One and PC early next year.
